The Utah Office of Legal Services Innovation and Legal Services Innovation Committee regulate entities providing legal services through the Utah legal regulatory sandbox (the “Sandbox”).  The below form is for consumers who have received legal services from a Sandbox entity and believe that they have experienced one or more of the following three types of regulated consumer harm:

  1. Consumer achieved an inaccurate or inappropriate legal result
  2. Consumer failed to exercise legal rights through ignorance or bad advice
  3. Consumer purchased an unnecessary or inappropriate legal service

Please note that the Utah Office of Legal Services Innovation monitors the compliance of Sandbox entities but does not itself provide individual legal advice or assistance with the resolution of complaints.
