Keep Your Wick Properly Trimmed


STEP 1 - Allow Candle to Cool Keeping your candle wicks properly trimmed is important for enjoyment of your candles. For best results (and for your safety), trim wicks when they are at room temperature. If your candle was used recently, let it cool before cutting the wick.	STEP 2: Cut With Small Scissors or Wick Trimmer To trim candle wicks, carefully cut each wick with a small pair of scissors, or with a specialized wick trimmer. Wick will be hard to reach with large scissors.	STEP 3: Leave At Least 1/4" For Lighting Make sure to leave at least 1/4" of your wick above the wax surface. This will make it much easier to light the next time you use your candle.

This candle burns so long, and smells so good. Our basement flooded and unfortunately it was hard to get the smell out, but we lit this and left it going for a few hours and we were super impressed how good it smelled after a few hours. Our son lives in the basement so he was very happy too

Now to be fair, the unlit candle is particularly potent, but this candle needs to be much stronger. The scent is okay, maybe even goes as far as good. It's at least okay. But I'm not sure this will even fill a bathroom with fragrance. You better burn it just about right under your nose to enjoy it. It's also $4/oz, which is too much for an elite candle, and this is not an elite candle.

I love love getting and trying new candles. This one is overall a pretty good candle, but by no means is it one of my favorites. It smells good, but not great. The smell isn't overpowering either which im sure a lot of people will appreciate, but personally I do like my candles strong and to linger hours later.

I chose meditation, and while I do like the way it smells, (warm and cozy, gender neutral) it doesn't have much scent throw. I put this into my bedroom vs. living room and I could smell it better in a smaller, more confined space. For the price it should have more of a presence. If you like a lighter, more subtle scent from a candle, than this is something you should get. As for me, I love for a candle to infuse my space in a scental journey. Which sadly, this does not do. The lid also arrived dented. That may be an Amazon shipping boo boo, and not the fault of the vendor. My review is reflected on the candle itself and not the condition it came in.
