Where do I pick up Moonshade Festival Passes and other purchased items?

Moonshade Festival Passes and purchased items may be picked up on Friday 8- 5 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm from the Town Hall - Council Room on northside of the building is the Moonshade Festival Office. Festival apparel will be available for purchase during these times and at dance competition

How do I get solar eclipse glasses?

One pair comes with the purchase of the Moonshade Festival pass for an individual; A pair for each person in the family when you purchase the family Moonshade Festival pass (up to six family members) Additional pairs may be purchased on the Moonshade Festival EventBrite website or Clerk's Office

Where is camping in West Liberty?

Lions Park with three nights of camping Three night package (only option)

How much and what days are camping for the Moonshade Festival?

$150 for April 5 through April 8 If there is extreme weather, money will be refunded minus any fees Purchase includes a festival pass for everyone in the camping group (up to 6 persons)

Where will there be viewing in the Village for the total solar eclipse?

Dodge Park Hillside with Parking in the lot above (people can bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit in that area) Lions Park (Lil’ Tigers Football practice field and soccer fields on the southeast side of the driveway off of 245; people can bring lawn chairs and blankets to sit in that area)

Will stores and restaurants be open later during this weekend?

Friday stores open from 10-6 pm Saturday stores open from 10-6 pm Sunday stores open from 1-4 pm Monday stores open from 10-2 pm and afterwards for those wanting to stay out of the busiest traffic congestion
