Join us in spotlighting Lordany M., our Invasive Cardiovascular Clinical Tech Educator for Baptist Health Corporate! Explore Lordany's insights as he shares what inspires him in his role at Baptist Health. 🌟 "I’m a corporate MCVI Invasive Clinical Tech Educator at this moment. Previously, I worked as an interventional radiology technologist at South Miami Hospital where I strived to provide expert care for our patients since 2007. I was an informal leader among my peers, acting as flow coordinator for the department, and was the “go-to” tech for advanced complex procedures. Also expanded my role by cross-training to scrub Cardiac Cath and EP procedures. Since the beginning, MCVI and Baptist opened the doors to endeavor my professional goals, obtaining a bachelors in Healthcare Administration and Leadership from St. Francis University in 2017. In addition, I finished my master’s degree in Radiologic Sciences in 2022 with a post-master’s certification as a Registered Radiology Physician’s Assistant. As a technologist educator, I would like to make a different by providing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my Baptist’s family. Feeling supported by Baptist’s Health of South Florida Leadership has changed my life, and that gratitude is reflected among my colleagues and patients!!!" - Lordany M., Invasive Cardiovascular Clinical Tech Educator Interested in joining our team?
