I don’t have the chance to meet with students often given my work is primarily on the university side of the house. Say Hi to Vishal Rampal as he talks about his milestone with Leap! 🤩 ✨ "I embarked on my professional journey at Amazon, where I served as a Catalogue Lead for 2.5 years. It was during this tenure that I discovered my passion for delving into data and statistics, igniting a desire to transition into the analytics domain. Fast forward six years, and I couldn't be more fulfilled with my decision to pursue my interests. The first whispers of Leap reached me through friends, and upon stumbling upon a job posting on LinkedIn, I seized the opportunity. The interview process was not only intriguing but also profoundly engaging. Interactions with the hiring team, particularly the sessions with my Hiring Manager and the Culture round, left a lasting impression. I gained insight into the company's vision and culture, solidifying my enthusiasm to join. The initial days at Leap were a whirlwind of emotions, with a myriad of challenges awaiting resolution. Yet, I thrived on the thrill of problem-solving, feeling like I was riding a rollercoaster of opportunities. Four months in, and Leap has seamlessly become my second home. The work environment is nurturing, fostering a sense of belonging amongst colleagues. Surprisingly, the intensity of the role hasn't translated into stress; instead, it fuels my passion to give my absolute best.
