Health Care Authority is hiring a Fiscal Analyst 3 (FA3), in the division of Financial Services Division! This FA3 position is within the Health Care Authority, Financial Services Division and is part of the agency’s administration of the federal Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. The position tracks, reconciles and manages manufacturer drug rebate obligations which help to offset the cost of Apple Health (Medicaid) outpatient drugs. The incumbent directly supports the agency’s mission to provide access to affordable health care by guaranteeing that the sums owed to the state under the federal rebate program are properly received, posted, and reconciled. This position is eligible to telework but is frequently required to report on-site to meet business need. Some travel may be required, and is typically local or regional, to meet with clients, conduct business, to attend or provide training.
