“Booking tickets with the website for RONG Indoor Music Festival 2024 was painful. Skiddle didn't unlock the tickets at 9 am; when it did, all the pre-reg tickets were gone instantly. Skiddle then activated the 1hr queue system, which a lot of festival-goers didn't know would happen, and therefore a lot of people missed out.”
