Review about Mr. Vaibhav- Support Team

I booked multiple flights with myholidays and the Airlines changed a schedule increasing the layover time. It was difficult to manage with one year old toddler that I contacted the former’s customer service team for an alternative booking. My experience was not that great with almost zero responsible callbacks or replies until I got to contact Mr. Vaibhav from support team who kept his word of contacting the airlines for an alternative booking, responded within 24 hrs, resolved the issue and called back for approval. Also, I should thank him for looking into my preferred booking. Great Job, Vaibhav. Very helpful- Thank you!

Handling of schedule change

Handling of schedule change . Initially I had some bad experience but spoke to Cooper who listened to my request and dealt with very professionally and did change to my flight. I have been using myholiday for long time and I had no issues in past . Copper understood the problem and resolved it.

I have booked through this website…

I have booked through this website today morning and haven't received my ticket confirmation yet though the website says within 30 minutes. I need to travel tomorrow and no one is answering the call, the number is redirected to an answering machine which says they will call back but no one calls back. Sent email to the support team but no response. They are scammers, please don't book through this website. IT IS A SCAM.

Immediate replies by support Team (Mr.Ibrahim) through mail and phone calls helped me to clarify the doubt regarding baggage allowances

Found many reviews here as very bad. Mainly related to unexpected cancellation and cancellation refund issues.

At present I Felt their service as good
Hope it will not change !!!!

Anyway Let me wait up to my planned ticket date ..I hope they will value their customers satisfaction and rights anytime as mentioned in their site policies

Good cancellation & refund process

Scamming clients into booking for a service that does not exist or not available....

Scamming clients into booking that is not available and later calling and harassing client to pay more to get booking or opt out with a refund process which is going to take 24-48 hrs. My question
1. why do you take money upfront for something that is not available.
2. why do you call back 2 hrs later to say oh this service is not available anymore.
3. why do you call clients and with a condescending tone inform them of the cancellation.
Shame on you guys.

Easy to book

Easy to book. But I did not receive any confirmation email. I chatted on their website to an agent named Charvi. Very soft spoken and incredibly helpful and made sure I received my confirmation with in minutes.

I have been trying to get my refund for…

I have been trying to get my refund for the past 3 months from Myholidays.com and their customer representative Shubham, probably the most useless person ever has been trying to scam me blaming the non refund on the airlines, when airlines provided the proof of 100% refund then after 8 weeks which is their so called policy he came back to me saying that there are some K3 taxes which are being deducted without providing any legal document or proof, again when the airlines confirmed for 100% refund, Shubham has been MIA and not responding anymore over phone or emails ... It's a scam site with the worst possible customer service

I booked a flight through your services, but unfortunately, the flight was cancelled. Since then, I've been attempting reach out to your customer service team via phone, but the number provided seems to be out of service. Additionally, my emails have gone unanswered, leaving me in the dark about the status of my refund.
I understand that flight cancellations can be disruptive, but the lack of communication from your end has only added to the frustration. As a customer ,i value transparency and prompt assistance during such situations. Therefore, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter.

This company scammed me

This company scammed me. They never announce the cancellation fee when you book the ticket. When I asked to cancel a ticket they charged 150 riyals per person and said they would refund me after 6 to 8 weeks.
Please do not fall into the trap of this website. Pure scam company.

When asked to send the cancellation fee details charged by the airline, they refused to send the details.

very very horrible experience

very very horrible experience, no sensible people for ticket booking.
