What Could Be Better........
1. The software only trades when your computer is on. So if you have a power outage then you'll have to restart the system. While this isn't necessarily a problem, you;ll just have leave your computer on during trading times(3pm EST to 8pm EST).
You can also purchase a hosted Forex VPS account which allows you to trade automatically without needing to leave your cmputer on.
2. Customer Service is a bit slow. While customer service is responsive it does take on average 2-3 days to get back to customer enquiries. We would like to see a bit faster repsonse but this is ok.
Recommendation:
Overall Forex Megadroid is one of the best trading robots designed by two of the best forex traders in the market. You get a great automated solution without spending thousands of dollars in the process. I highly recommend it.
