I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer than Ms. Serrambana! Immediately from the start, when I shared my story, specific challenges, and attempts at resolutions, Ms. Serrambana was empathetic to my concerns, feelings, and stress level. She was able to separate facts and emotions so quickly and help me understand my situation better so that we could collaborate on a workable solution. She was very responsive to questions and concerns via phone calls, texts, and emails. She was like a friend whose shoulder I cried on, but at the same time was a staunch advocate for my needs. Honest, very honest.
I was referred to Anna to explain some issues regarding my parent’s Trust. Our first conversation was a little lengthy but she made the situation a bit more comfortable. She advised me there could be some things that I might not want to hear but she would be nothing but honest with me. She called me exactly at the scheduled time after she had a chance to go over the Trust. As stated, she was honest and apologized that she couldn’t give me a 100% of the news I would have liked to hear. She was quite caring while being honest and once again made me feel at ease. I am very appreciative that Anna took her time to explain and help me understand the Trust wording. I hope beyond hope that I Do Not have to use Anna’s services but, if I do, she will definitely be the one I call to represent our Family Trust.

Excellent service!
I don't think I've ever received this level of amazing service. Anna and Mariela went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I have dealt with two other different estate firms in my lifetime and I won't ever go anywhere else for future Estate or Probate needs.

Excellent Service
I hired Anna on a referral from a friend to prepare a relatively complex set of documents for myself and my uncle at a difficult time in our lives.
