Tips: If you Forgot your password, Please remove the battery and reinstall it after 10 minutes. The password will be restored to "0000".

How to change passwords-


1st, Enter the four-digit password, the green lights. Turn the handle clockwise, opened the door.	2nd, Press and hold the * button, the red light flashes (hold the * button not to loosen).	3rd, Press the new 4-digit code within 15 seconds, then press # button and the light stops flashing (hold the * button not to loosen).	4th, Release the * button and close the cabinet intact.

I bought two (blue and red) of these piggy banks. In terms of color they’re pretty. In terms of size I was surprised as I was expecting something a little bigger with bigger capacity.
The red one seems to work just fine for now. But the blue one is not letting us choose a code of our own. Because the # sign won’t lid the green light in order to program the custom pin like we did with the red one. Therefore this bank needs to be unlocked with the “0000” that came programmed with it.
I will not return since my youngest loves it and would not want to return it for that reason. But just wanted to let you know that this happened in case you’re gifting this you might want to check it works fine before giving it out. Otherwise it’s a fun toy kids seem to like a lot.

It doesn't count the money like I thought it would. This is my fault though, for just assuming it did and not reading the product description fully. My 9 year old son absolutely loved it, though! He loves to put his money in it and know that you have to know the code to open it. I overheard him when he had a friend over talking about it and showing him how it works. His friend asks what is the code and he responded "Now why would I tell you that." LOL! I also like the fact it helps encourages him to keep his money put up and its not just laying around in his room out in the open. He actually wants to put his money up now because he likes using it. He had a piggy bank before and he rarely used it except for when he had coins.
