Last week, Associate Register of Copyrights and Director of Public Information and Education Miriam Lord spoke at the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s 2024 IP Symposium to give an update on from the Copyright Office, including the Office’s AI initiative. She also explained how practitioners can stay up-to-date on the Copyright Claims Board (CCB), the Office’s small claims tribunal for resolving copyright disputes of up to $30,000.
