I received a quote for a car charging system to go in my garage. I waited all morning and called and they said that the tech, Jesus was stuck on a job and would be at my home between 2-5. He never showed up. I called again and they said that Jesus wasn't feeling well and they needed to reschedule. The next time frame on another day was between 2-5. I got a call from Jesus on the scheduled date at 2:30 that they cannot do the job at the price quoted that the cable used in the estimate is 7 ft. and my job is 15 ft, and they wanted $500.00 more. Jesus said that he has never had this problem before and has been with the company 10 years and the manager is on vacation and another manager will not honor the written quote. The dispatcher said that he had a sore throat and needed to go home. Jesus said he hurt his foot. Mr Sparky has what looks like a great reputation. But they certainly messed up with me. I do not recommend Jesus to write up a quote and will never use them.

They didn’t initially fix the fan like I asked and told them that problem was so afterwards the fan blew out.

Did a fantastic job. Not cheap,but it's done right the first time.

First of all, I got a Salesman not an electritian. Before he even started, he proposed over 5,000 in changes. I only wanted a certain job. Then paid 100 per outlet to be changed and now, one of them is not fixed completely, one is working ok, and sometimes not.

I called Mr sparky who showed up after I paid a few of 186.when he came he told me it had to pay over 300 hundred dollars which I paid.After he took my money he told me the power truck is down the street because we had a down power line.He knew very well that the reason for my power outage was due to the down power line,but decided to take my money first.He did no estimate he did nothing because there was nothing for him to do.i called the company who promised me I would get a refund within 10 days.its over 1 month and still no refund.That is dishonesty on every level.i have yet to receive my refund.

The job is still incomplete after 2 weeks of them saying they needed a part and would be back. They keep re-scheduling since while I already paid handsomely for the job!

They came out the afternoon the day after I called for a consultation and quote on the projects and were able to complete all the jobs that evening. Pricey but very quick, everyone was very courteous, and the job was done well and clean. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price-- installed a wall connector unit in our garage. Highly recommend

The guy was professional and patient with all my questions, but was basically a sales person that tries to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't want or need. It's his job, though, so it's not his fault. Then they send out 2 people to do basic work that 1 can do just fine and charge ridiculous prices.

Very responsive , timely and did a very good job I'm very happy with it.

They came into my home and gave me outrageous estimates. They attempted to confuse and scare me about the potential work needed. Then their competitor completed the work for one third the price and if I had bought their other services it would have been $1,000 MORE. I would remove them from your A rated standing, that is terrible!

They tried to charge me the second time, but since it was their mistake, they didn't charge me and came back to repair.

Provided a thorough electrical home inspection and gave recommendations where needed on potential upgrades.

It didn't, I called Mr. Sparky the earliest appt. I could get was four days later Thurs. 10/2 between 10a.m. -2:00 p.m., window at 9:45 a.m., Cathy from their office called me and said they had an emergency call and she could reschedule me for the following Monday. I asked why I had to wait that long again for an appointment, why couldn't the appt., be rescheduled for the following day or next and I was told that's just their policy I would have to "wait" for the next available appointment instead of rescheduling the customers who have been inconvenienced first.

I reached out to several electric companies last night and Mister Sparky-Pompano Beach was the only one that responded last night to my request. They scheduled for someone to come out today. We are so lucky that ARTEMIS was sent. Professional, Prompt Courteous and Great Communication. It was an excellent experience. This was an emergency call. The water pump providing running water to the house (well water) had tripped a breaker the night before. We had no water. There was a short. It was raining. Suspecting water intrusion, because the circuit was able to stay on after the rain dried up. Mr. Sparky answered my call in a matter of minutes on a Friday. They were very attentive and polite, and came out right away. Others would not be able to come for a few days. So I hired them. The tech showed up on time, wore a mask as he should (COVID-19 time), was again very polite, and repaired the wiring the best he could. He seems to have done a fine job. Why then would I not hire them again and gave them a B? They are fairly overpriced. They charged $298. It took about 1 hour to do the work at most, plus all the time spent discussing the job. He even quoted almost $900 total to add 2 more similar connections in the same area, Had the price been reasonable, I would have gone for it. By comparison, a day later an HVAC company sent 2 guys on a Saturday, spent at least 2 hours fixing my AC and charged almost half what Mr. Sparky charged for cleaning up an electrical contact. So, if promptness and politeness is a priority for you and you are in a jam like I was, Go ahead and hire these guys. They will do a fine job. Just expect to pay more. Otherwise I would advise you shop around for more reasonably priced electricians.

I got an appointment the next day. The job was done very well using a better GFI then I originally had.

Visit was too pushy. I was shown monthly payments before being told the total cost ($6,100). They never told me that they were not bidding on a 200 amp service, which was what I wanted, they never did liad calculations, they saud they would do something two other electricians have said was impossible and unsafe (install tankless hot water heater on 125 amp service). Price seems really out of line for replacing the breaker panel and running a water heater line. I asked for a quote on installing a line for a towel warmer, a 125 watt appliance, and was told $400, which again seems way too high for something pretty simple.

When I requested a quote on this site, Byron called me within about a minute. Great so far. He said he'd send someone out the next morning and it would be $19 for an estimate. He also said I would not be subject to any additional charges without first being asked if I wanted to proceed. Joseph Fischer came the next day and had to do a fair amount of troubleshooting. Then he pulled out his tablet and began calculating how much it would be to replace the exterior circuit breaker, timer, wiring to both, plus hooking everything up to the pump. It came to $1,800 on the low end (more extensive work would have been more). When I balked he said he'd already been out for some time and estimated that I'd already run up about $500 in charges. Nowhere in between my phone call with Byron and Joseph hitting me with the $500 figure was additional cost discussed. At that point I wanted to get 1-2 other quotes but knowing that those other quotes would have to be less than about $1,000 to make sense, I was placed in a position that I'd been told would not happen. In addition, Joseph said he would connect a surge protector I owned to prevent damage. But: It wasn't until the very end that he said he could not connect the surge protector because 1) I needed a 30-amp circuit breaker to attach to it and 2) I didn't have any more room in my breaker panel. Well, why would he assume up front that I had a spare 30-amp breaker (who does)? Why would he promise to attach the surge protector when he had to know there was no room on the breaker panel -- which he had spent a fair amount dealing with when he first arrived? In fairness, I will say the work itself seems fine and he did take time to make sure everything was correctly linked to the pump. But overall, at a time when we all are in an economic pinch, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Compounding matters, I have left two messages for Byron, several days have gone by, and I have not gotten the courtesy of a return call.

They were polite, on time and professional; however, the estimate for the work excluding parts was >$4k and we chose another smaller company with less overhead and 1/4 price.
