Dr. Jennifer Bunzenmeyer, ND

I listen to the intuition that your body and mind already inherently possess.
Combined with my own innate sense and experience along with real science, we create lasting change for your body.
I love helping people regain an energetic, zesty life that they love. It’s that simple. Helping people has always been my mission.

Helping all the spectacular regular people out there as they juggle incredible families, careers, and all that life throws at you. It can be hard to keep that balance, and slowly, but surely you feel like you can’t keep up with everything – you feel tired, lack energy, and something feels not quite right. Sound familiar?

Once the A-type, I was always on the go, and the constant need for accomplishment started to drag me down. Then, I discovered the power of natural remedies on the body, and how combining this with being gentler on myself, and prioritizing what was truly important to me, I had found the key to my own happiness.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I still love feeling accomplished, but I strive to have balance.

And now I help others do the same. How, you ask?

Well, how we feel (physically & mentally) impacts our entire life (self, family, career aspirations), our energy, and our ability to thrive. Often, we solely focus on the physical symptoms, and our society has been cultured to take a Band-Aid approach to health, often leaving our minds at the door.

I connect the physical and emotional dots. And I make it easy and achievable. All you need is the readiness to make change.

With almost 20 years in the naturopathic field, as well as a Bachelor of Science, I have counseled many people about the power of, what I call, wholistic living. Through assessments of present/past health, hormones, nutrition, digestion, energy, sleep, and lifestyle habits, I create a new, individualized plan based on your unique needs.

I listen to the intuition that your body and mind already inherently possess.

Things we take a look at:

Your Health History

We discuss your health journey up to this point. I’ve always believed that by really listening to a person and their story, 90% of the info needed to help someone can be attained by taking a thorough history! I am a highly detail-oriented individual and leave nothing to assumption when completing your health history.

Physical Exam + Lab Work

The physical exam and lab work may be conventional or more customized to naturopathic testing depending the condition we are investigating.

Life Fulfillment Assessment

Are you living a fulfilling life? Are your values being met – daily? These are all important aspects to our happiness, stress management, as well as our physical + emotional health.

All of this leads me to a full understanding of how your health has veered off course, and how we begin to make change.

Through steady guidance, I lead you at a pace that works for you and your lifestyle.

A committed client will see a profound change in their overall health- better digestion, energy, sleep, and stress management shifts, not to mention a newfound perspective on their overall journey.

I like to think of us as a wholehearted team – working together to get your body and mind aligned so you can get back to all of your dreams and goals; to a place that will bring you into a balance that radiates energy, resilience, and life-long living.

I’m constantly excited for your health and all that you are capable of achieving.

It is possible and you are beyond worthy.
