LOW - SODIUM, LOW - CHOLESTEROL
SALAD DRESSING
 
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients and beat. Refrigerate in covered jar. Shake well before use. May add dill, onion, garlic, or marjoram. Yield: 3/4 cup.
