Bill payments are hit-and-miss. Sometimes the app works, sometimes it doesn't. Taxi booking can be problematic (payment method didn't work, no cars available at this time etc, etc - and yet you look out of the apartment window the following day at the time you wanted a taxi to see three taxis just sitting there)! It gives you the feeling of ineptitude.

Scam! Avoid this app like the plague. If u choose this app, it will take your money and you will stay in a parking lot few hours. Drivers usually take orders that they don't intend to complete. They go around their business and wait for you to cancel the ride and receive free money because you pay if you cancel. If you want to use this for a ride to the airport, call a cab 3 hours ahead. You never know the driver will come to pick you up or not. No penalty for drivers! Just a scam

I ordered food a few times, and I always choose a close restaurant so I would pay only 0.5jd for delivery, but the moment you confirm the order, a glitch of some sort (or literally just scam) makes the delivery fee jump to 2jd and the entire total amount of money you have to pay increases for some reason. This happened 3 times so far. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
