Pro tip: Don't quit your job. Try this instead: Schedule a non-negotiable 45-minute block each day to start working on your escape plan. This is your time to build new skills, explore side projects, or apply for new jobs. Don't have 45 minutes? Ok, answer this: Could you wake up 15 minutes earlier? Could you sacrifice 1 episode of Netflix? Could you reduce your screen time by 15 minutes? That's 45 minutes right there. If improving your work situation is a priority, then treat it like a priority. ——— ✍️ Do you agree? ♻️ Repost this if it resonates.

So, schedule 45 minutes a day on company time to plan your escape? Seems like that behavior may be a leading cause of job pressures and a form of time theft. Use that same 45 minute block to work smarter, be more productive, lead others and, do what you are paid to do. Plan your ‘escape’ on your own time.

Building your escape plan doesn't necessarily mean quitting your job right away. Setting aside dedicated time each day to work on your goals is a proactive approach to creating change.

I couldn’t find myself without letting go of the identity that had been given to me by my family and society…work hard, no harder! Make money, no more money! Constantly being silenced and not listening to my own intuition. You don’t always have to stay and plan your escape. I didn’t. I just made one aligned decision at a time in MY highest timeline. Now I own a global company here to break the patriarchy. Our employees receive unlimited sick, vacation, mental health, menstrual leave, etc. They create their own flexible schedule from wherever in the world they want to live. Why? Because we are here to prove you can have a conscious brand with happy employees! You deserve a voice and a choice! You deserve to feel worthy and deserving of it all!

Happy or not, everyone should take this advice. If you aren’t growing you are stagnating. Learn - develop - grow. I think this post can be looked at both ways. Let’s get real - you are always replaceable to a company, but maybe it also makes you more attractive for advancement and that’s the fresh change you need. In the end you are never replaceable to your family. Make sure you have made YOU the best and most market valuable, because YOUR FAMILY may need you to be. Be prepared, because opportunities and crisis don’t care to give you notice!

Well, you literally did quit your job, when you realized that generating user engagement, via inane/cliched lifestyle tips was easier 😭😆 The problem with these LinkedIn influencer accounts is their posts are designed to grab your attention for 30 seconds. It’s not necessarily good advice. Unless you think an ex accountant, with little actual working experience, who runs a social media influencer company, is an arbiter of the truth for Human Resources/Personnel issues?

Unfortunately many people are unhappy in their job. I speak to so many candidates who are looking for alternatives for a variety of reasons. Having a job stress you out so much that you can't sleep is a toxic environment. That doesn't mean it's a toxic environment for everyone but it's good to realize when something works and when something doesn't. If you have tried to fix it but to no avail, there is no shame to look for something else and pursue your own happiness!

Often it is not about the time but about the energy. If you are stuck in a job that issmothering you and your spark you can have 6 hours more a day and will get done nothing. On the other hand you will achieve whatever you want (on all levels) if you are burning for what you do. I know both and I can say that in my current job I feel so energized that even having probably some free time less throughout a regular day I get more things done.

Try this Method I Leave or resign from the existing job and start your new job search research and still you will not sleep peacefully. Method II Another method is work more efficiently and intelligently in existing job to meets more than your day goals set buy you , you will have sound peaceful sleep. Summary or conclusion People who carry office to home and home to office always have such problem of not sleeping peacefully at night and working improperly at day time.
