    I am very satisfied with the way Mike Kapur did the inspection. He was professional, very meticulous, and thorough. He answered all my questions during the inspection.     Mike at Sonic Home Inspections was absolutely fantastic! Buying a home is incredibly stressful and Mike made the whole inspection a comfortable and smooth process. He was very thorough while going through the condo and set aside ample time to review his findings at the end of his walk through. He encouraged me to ask questions and offered to have me call him afterwards if I thought of anything else! His calm demeanor and extensive knowledge put me at ease. He is extremely professional - I cannot recommend him enough!
