If you crave curves like it's nobody's business, I won't be surprised if you're constantly curious about how exactly J.Lo, Beyoncé, and Kim Kardashian do it. Sure, they have the luxury of calling upon personal trainers for one-on-one workouts, and they can hire private chefs to prepare the healthiest, most delicious meals at the drop of a spoon. Meanwhile, you're over here trying to rustle up the kids—and all the stuff they need for the day—while making yourself presentable for work and trying to snag 30 minutes of alone time to sweat.

So let's start there, and let it be known that we get your life isn't like Beyoncé's. But if you can rustle up some serious motivation, you can have a body like hers. Marco Borges, an exercise physiologist and plant-based nutrition expert that the singer has been following since 2013, has released The 22-Day Revolution, a book that outlines how the Queen of well, everything, lost 65 pounds—and kept it off.

"The truth is that if a Houston-born foodie like me can do it, you can too," Beyoncé writes in the foreword of the book. "You just need to try it for 22 days."

Since the time span is already shorter than Whole 30 (which requires a commitment of—you guessed it—30 days), I'm on board. But if you're not quite sold, here's a deeper look at what you can expect.

1. You're going vegan. At least for 22 days, as meat, dairy, alcohol and processed foods are off limits for now. Borges believes 22 days is the length of time it takes to to form new foods habits, so think of it as hitting the reset button so you can start to train your taste buds.

2. You'll choose plant-based foods over processed ones. It's a good idea to do this whenever possible anyway. Your body treats natural ingredients much nicer than fake ones.

3. Eat three mindful meals a day. In other words, try not to shovel down food on your way out the door, or in front of the television. Do your best to really think about what you're eating.

4. Aim for 80 percent carbs, 10 percent fat and 10 percent protein at each meal. Apps like My Food Diary can help you figure out the breakdown.

5. Exercise for 30 minutes each day. Doesn't matter what, so long as you're putting in the work. Bonus points if you actually enjoy it (we happen to love this #StrongSexyYou challenge).

6. Drink tons and tons of water. If you're bored with the taste, slice up fresh fruit or mint and add it to your pitcher or water bottle. It may even trick you into thinking you're at the spa.

7. Eat to 80 percent fullness. Or just a little less than full, he says.

If you're still not convinced and think a crash diet is the easier fix, let Queen Bey warn you: She's been there, done that and it's not worth it. "After having my daughter, I made a conscious effort to regain control of my health and my body," she writes. "But I didn't want to crash diet. I was a mom now and I wanted to set an example for my child."

A good example it was: "What I discovered was increased energy, better sleep, weight loss, improved digestion, clarity, and an incredibly positive feeling for my actions and the effects it would have on those around me and the environment," writes Beyoncé.

And a bangin' body to boot.

Who knows, you may even like it so much that it becomes your new lifestyle. Bey and hubby Jay Z are both vegan now, and seeing as she used to love fried chicken, fajita tacos, BBQ burgers and Po' boy sandwiches, that's saying a lot.
