Resolves #39047.

Removing styles using block_editor_settings_all was causing the post editor to crash.

Reason: When the PHP array doesn't start with zero, the json_encode treats it as an object.

Testing Instructions

1. Comment out this line from the plugin so that the override snippet can work.
2. Add this snippet below to functions.php.
3. Open a Post or Page.
4. Confirm theme's no error and editor doesn't crash.
