This is a safe place where that question can be asked multiple times and from multiple angles to help you get clear on the life you want to live. I specialize in working with high-achieving men and women going through life transitions, stress at work, and those who are dealing with issues around relationships, depression, and anxiety. My approach comes from many schools of psychology due to the fact that people have individualized responses to different ways of working and I believe that each person needs a personalized approach. Because of this, I tailor therapy to each client based on his or her communication style and needs.
Positive Psychology informs my work in that I believe that alleviating depression alone does not equal happiness. A deeper goal is assisting people in leveraging strengths and meaning, and finding fulfillment and happiness.
