My last article was 13 ways to spark up your dull life, and here are 13 more tips -- to add more kissing to your days and nights.

One study in evolutionary psychology says that what most of us call a "good kisser" is just our unconscious telling us who is the better bet to mate and procreate with. Way to discount the magic!

Another well-known study quoted in Psychology Today by Dr. Horan says that kissing has unexpected benefits to our health - including your heart!

Specifically, over the six-week period, individuals who increased their frequency of kissing reported both lower levels of stress and higher levels of relationship satisfaction. And importantly, their physiological assessments of cholesterol, via blood draws, also decreased.

Learning to kiss is an ongoing project, if you are seeing multiple people...or want your one relationship to sing. It all begins with intent. And these 13 quotations on the how and why of kissing guarantee that you will want to kiss some lucky person immediately...maybe tonight.
