Our first and most important rule is that we be kind, courteous, and supportive with each other. Even (and maybe especially) people that aren't being kind to us. Be mindful of your audience. There are new quitters in the sub nearly every day. There are people who have quit who are fighting thoughts of relapse. Romanticizing or going on about enjoyment of tobacco/nicotine/vaping, flavors, etc. and the like-- i.e., a crave triggering post or comment--is inappropriate. Posts or comments such as these, depending upon the length, context and severity, may be removed without notice to the poster for the health of this sub and the people in it.

Pictures & videos of smoking, vaping, vapes, cigarettes, etc. will probably be removed.

These types of pictures can be potentially triggering to quitters, so please refrain from posting images of cigarettes, smoking, vaping, etc.
