Biography

2021-22 (Senior): Lee started 24 games while appearing in 27 as a senior, playing 32.4 minutes per game…named second team all-conference and all-defensive…led the team in scoring with 18.2 points per game, rebounding with 8.3 rebounds per game, steals with 65 and assists with 86…ranked seventh in the nation with 2.4 steals per game…scored 52 points in a 149-144 four overtime win over McNeese (3/5), the most by any player in the nation during the 2021-22 season and the most by any Division I player since 2019…his 52 point effort matched the school record for points in a game…he also pulled down a career-high 18 rebounds in that win over McNeese…set a new career-high with seven assists at New Orleans (3/2) and twice recorded a career-best six steals against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (1/22) and again vs. Southeastern (2/5)…scored in double-figures 22 times, leading the team in scoring on 16 occasions and in rebounding 17 times…in SLC play, averaged 22.6 ppg to rank second in the league…led all players in conference play with 3.1 steals per game while ranking second in assists (3.8 apg), four in field goal percentage (52.3%) and sixth in rebounds (7.8 rpg)…named HCU’s Robbie Robertson Student-Athlete of the Year…earned SLC Player of the Week honors three times, all during conference play.

2020-21 (Junior): Lee appeared in 23 games off the bench for the Huskies, averaging 15.1 minutes per game…finished third on the team with 7.9 points per game, also averaged three rebounds per game…scored a career-high 30 points on 9-of-14 shooting, hitting 2-of-4 from three and 10-of-11 from the foul line, in a 99-93 overtime win over Northwestern State (1/2) en route to Southland Conference Player of the Week honors while also pulling down 10 rebounds for a double-double…scored in double-figures 10 times, including a stretch of five-straight games scoring at least 12…finished the season shooting 48.5 percent (65-of-134) from the field, 35.5 percent (11-of-31) from three and 77.4 percent (41-of-53) from the free throw line…led the team in scoring on five occasions and rebounding twice.

Prior to HCU: Played two seasons at SUNY Sullivan for coach Brent Wilson…appeared in 30 games, averaging 18.1 points, 9.1 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game while helping lead the Generals to a 28-2 record and a #2 national ranking…named first team all-American, region player of the year, conference player of the year and region tournament MVP…averaged 14 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game as a freshman…second team all-conference and region tournament MVP.

High School: Was a two-year starter at St. Raymond High School for Boys in the Bronx…averaged 21 points, 7.5 rebounds and four assists per game as a senior…as a junior he averaged 15 points, six rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
