The company they took over from was better...... I have not had 1 alert in how many years..... can't set any alarms.... app needs to update every week or two then it resets time your vehicle is stationary..... too bad if it got flogged wouldn't know unless you logged on... Im too busy.....you lot sort it out its what I pay for !!!!

Great App that gets better with every update. Very easy to Navigate around and setup. Lots of info available if you need it. I've used Quik Trak since 2002 and love having the piece of mind.

I've transferred to the new app and using 10 of my credits to try to locate my vehicle it is only showing a ping from a year ago with no update. Could the new company maybe contact and solve. Willing to persevere to get issue resolved. Thanks

Credits are used when you send a command to the device, if you have sent 10 requests it will use 10 credits. The device may not reply due to a number of reasons we would be happy to explore and advise of the next steps.
