SCA's Perth Sales team headed east-side for a weekend trip to the AFL capital of Australia, Melbourne! As part of a 92.9 Triple M sales incentive to launch the 2024 AFL season, 20 valuable clients joined SCA staff to see the West Coast Eagles take on Collingwood at Marvel Stadium. Thanks to our strong partnership with the AFL - Australian Football League and Marvel Stadium, the group enjoyed first class hospitality at the Gallery Dining Restaurant, with a three-course menu by head chef, Adrian Richardson. Seats in the Medallion Club provided a premier viewing location to watch the game, (pity about the white-wash on the scoreboard)! SCA’s new West Coast Eagles partnership also offered us the chance to provide our clients with money-can’t-buy experiences including joining the Mother’s Day Guard of Honor on the ground and watching the Eagles warm up in the changerooms. The Rush Hour's Andrew Embley, who played for the West Coast Eagles also attended as a guest host. The weekend was a huge success thanks to all our valuable partners. We have seen magnificent results in Survey #1 across Triple M and Hit Newcastle stations, with an incredible 68.8% of the 25-54 market represented across both stations. 92.9 Triple M launched the inaugural Kick Over the Swan in spectacular fashion on Saturday. 🏉 10 contestants from local Perth football clubs congregated on the verge of the Swan River in the hopes of booting a Sherrin football the furthest distance to win $10,000! Morning announcer, Angie Ayers hosted a live broadcast, whilst breakfast hosts Xavier Ellis and Michelle Anderson watched contestants drop punt, torpedo, banana…or in some cases dribble…the football across the iconic Western Australian landmark. There were a few familiar faces that showed up to have a kick in the Celebrity round, including Channel 7’s Ryan Daniels, former West Coast Eagles player, Andrew Embley, WAFL player, Hamish Brayshaw and Triple M’s Weekend Huddle presenter, Dani Shuey.
