My company is a client of Blend, using their translation services for documents that I must submit to a foreign country . I have used Blend for approximately 40 projects ranging from single page documents to multi-page annual reports and financial audits reports. All of the translators have done excellent translation work, have kept document formatting, have been quick to make suggested changes, and have been respectful and easy to work with. On one occasion the translator looked up a Vietnamese law for me and suggested a change of wording in a document to make it more compatible with the law. I only use Blend for all my translation needs. Highest recommendation!

My experience with Blend goes way back to 2012, when I became a freelance translator. They gave me an opportunity, and I took it and ran with it. I've never been sorry.

This is the most upstanding company I have ever known or dealt with, both as a service provider and a customer. The system they have in place, which has been perfected over the years, provides customers with high-quality human (and machine/AI-assisted) translations in record time. Translators work under strict deadlines and are reviewed by the top linguists in their language to ensure high quality to our customers.

As service providers, we are always paid promptly, as promised, at a very fair rate. They welcome feedback and put it into practice wherever possible.

Working for Blend has changed my life for the better!! I will always support them, whether by my work or as a customer needing translations.

I've been working for Blend for several years now. For me, the most important factor is that Blend, unlike other translation agencies, has a discussion board where the translator and the customer can interact directly (exchange messages, add some information, or whatever they need) in order to make the work as smooth as possible. It gives a personal touch to the job you are doing.
On top of that, their Project Managers are extremely cooperative when it comes to special requests or problem-solving.
This platform also enables you to choose the project you want to work on (without placing a bid like lots of other platforms do). You have a page with open projects where you can pick the one that suits you more.
Finally, I really feel that I have grown inside this company, that I am part of a community, and that my time and work are appreciated.

I've sent a handful of PDF flyers, surveys, materials to be translated from English to Spanish, and I'm always blown away by Blend's services! They are super quick and most of the time edit directly in the PDF's. This is very helpful if someone doesn't speak the language they're translating to.

Just really solid. You can count on your work being delivered in one hour if its small (as their previous name was ONE HOUR TRANSLATION) up to a day or 2, 3 if you need a small booklet or similar

Super fast translations! No back and forth with a project manager. I love that I can submit my project using the online form and the translators start working on it almost immediately. In the past I had to submit projects to a project manager, wait for a quote, approve the quote, it took days before translation even started. With Blend everything is done online and it's made a huge difference for us to get our translations back much more quickly! Blend is great!

Very fast turnaround. Easy to upload projects and get proposals. Payments are easy. Love that I can save the preferred target languages. I have used Blend for a few different projects, all different in scope and have been very happy with each completed project.

an affordable way to get your documents translated and the certificate of Accuracy is great. On line customer service is very good if things don't always go to plan. I always use blend for Arabic, French , English and Spanish translations, but I'm sure they are good in all languages. The personal notes on your account from the translator add to the personal touch of this service.

They used to be a good translation platform to work with, but since 2020 they have been getting worse in many aspects.
* Now they even get DELAYED PAYMENTS for more than a week!! This is after the system forces translators to wait until the 15 or 30 of each month to avoid their internal fees. So it's UNACCEPTABLE!!
* Another BAD point is they're populated all projects with MTPE filled with crappy TM, so rather than less work for translators is DOUBLE WORK FOR HALF PAYMENT with they charge the customers the same as a normal human translation, so they earn double. TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!
* And the worse of all is that the forum they have is infested with translators' rants, complains & cries for help about these issues, but NOBODY ON STAFF CARES, they're care more about banning users that say these things than on fixing the problems, and it seems support job isn't to fix things but just reply with polite crap.
No wonder they were banned on Proz.

NOTHING is fake in my review. The only FAKE & scam is GetBlend "professional service"... It's NOT a surprise they act like this AFTER I told in 2 emails that I was leaving the site for good I received an email from Tzipi Meyer (allegedly from “support”) THREATING ME.
They's are professional scammers, they are unethical, they are banned from Proz.

Even the "contact information" that BLEND provides here IS FAKE! Cause they aren't in USA, they are in ISRAEL! All is fake, they're professional scammers.

I've been working for Blend for a year and I've never been happier with a translation company than I am now.
The services we provide are in line with the values we receive, and often even above the current average.
As a translator, I see the company always treating us with great seriousness, respect and helping us whenever possible.

I've been working with BLEND for over 7 years. As a translator, the experience has been nothing but positive. The system for accepting and completing projects works well, and the team takes care of all the client relationships. Translators only need to focus on one thing: translate. When there have been issues, the team has responded in a quick and friendly manner. Recently, there was a change in management that has brought more transparency and openness to the agency, which is something truly welcome.
