Naughty Or Nice Cookbook: The Ultimate Healthy Dessert Cookbook Paperback – November 2, 2015

4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 39 ratings

Naughty Or Nice is a collection of 70 healthy dessert recipes made with high-quality, all-natural, wholesome ingredients -- from cookies to cakes to pies to ice creams and more! These sweet treats are secretly healthy, though... one bite and you'll be asking, "Is this naughty or is this nice?"

With gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, dairy-free and vegan options, the recipes in this cookbook are suitable for everyone. Don't worry, though, these recipes may be "free" of some stuff but they sure aren't "free" of flavor.

Every recipe in this cookbook is all-natural (no artificial sweeteners, no synthetic food dyes, no artificial food flavorings, no hydrogenated oils and no preservatives whatsoever... and that's including the Red Velvet Cake, pg. 94-95). That list right there is unheard of when it comes to store-bought and bakery-bought desserts.

Each recipe in this cookbook also includes a nutrition label so you can see how many calories, grams of fat, carbs, protein, etc. are in each serving. There are options for everyone, no matter their nutritional preferences: sugar-free/refined sugar-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie, low-sodium, high-fiber and high-protein.

If you have a sweet tooth, then this cookbook was MADE for you. Naughty Or Nice is packed with nutritionally balanced dessert recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth without the excess calories, fat, and sugar.

Sinful or Sinless?

Unhealthy or Healthy?

Naughty or Nice?

With these secretly healthy dessert recipes, you won’t be able to tell!

These recipes look sinful, but they're sinless. They taste completely unhealthy, but they're healthy. They make you feel naughty, when you're really being nice! These recipes are a total godsend for the health-conscious dessert lovers out there (aka, YOU).

Highly polished 'look', delicious recipes, great 'foodie' pictures, fun to read & use. This cookbook has class & panache. It's about time that someone published a contemporary cookbook that takes the sweet-tooth seriously plus addresses health-consciousness and good nutrition. Cool title, too.

Excellent easy healthy recipes. Love the photos and the great explanations, pantry items and ingredients. Going to make the red velvet cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday :-)

Returned. Filled with coconut oil and stevia. Allergic to coconut and hate the taste of stevia used in many recipes. Nutrition labels are great but the food is calorie and carb laden.

I am excited to use this recipe book. It has several recipes that I want to try. I have to revamp my baking supplies with a healthier version.

Way too expensive. So far I’ve tried one recipe ( peanut butter cookies) I followed the directions precisely and spent a fortune on the ingredients. They were awful. Heated up cardboard would have tasted better and been a lot cheaper. Save your money and find another alternative cook book.

Top quality recipes, photos and book! Beware of the many cheaper priced knock-offs. This is quality if you like healthier desserts.

Clear. Seems simple to follow. Not all recipes turned out great. I'm honestly not sure how much of the challenge is due to the recipe and how much is due to my amateur baking skills. It didn't turn out to be my ULTIMATE healthy recipe book -- The Low Blood Sugar Cookbook is still my go-to recipe book for both desserts and main courses --- but there are definitely some good recipes in here. Worth trying out if you need healthy dessert alternatives.

No me gustó porque promete recetas sanas y la mayoría de los ingredientes que usa para endulzar no lo son.

None of these recipes actually work. Awful cookbook with a lot of empty promises. I am no amateur cook or baker and neither is my boyfriend. None of these things really turn out to have the correct consistency, texture or flavour. They either do not look right right away or they do not connect or are rubbery or runny when "finished" Awful book
