Over 75 years of American-made Kitchenware

Founded in 1946 by an enterprising young husband and wife team, Nordic Ware began as a fledgling company specializing in ethnic Scandinavian products, as well as everyday items like griddles and steak platters. To this day, our company remains family owned and operated across three generations.

The Nordic Ware brand has endured and our products can be found in homes around the world. We now manufacture over 400 products, ranging from cookware and bakeware to microwave-safe plastic products, grilling accessories and tools for food prep and serving. I like the fact that these are American made. There is so much junk coming out of China right now that I just don't trust. When I'm using something to cook with I really want it to be healthy.I replaced an older microwave cover with this set of two. You'll notice that part of the packaging is standing straight up on the inside of a handle. You may also notice that there are two items, one nested inside the other. I appreciate the ability of these to nest because that saves me valuable cabinet space. I appreciate the handle, because my other cover didn't have one and I sometimes had to finagle around to get it off safely.He's are a high quality item that I expect to ask me for years.
