The salt is as described. Nice and flaky. It provides a nice crunch to foods and of course tastes like salt.

The packaging is not great. It comes in a plastic bag inside of a box. The box is not really suitable for storing it in and the plastic bag is not resealable. So, you will need something else to put the salt in once you open it. I used a quart mason jar which is just the right size for the amount of salt.

The seller responded to other reviews that you can put it in a salt cellar etc. which of course you can if you purchase one. It would be better to sell this in a plastic jar rather than a box since that would eliminate the requirement to have some other sort of container to put the salt in. Most other spices come in a plastic container and it can’t be much cheaper, if at all, to use the box and plastic bag used with this.

Overall a good product but not the best choice for packaging.
