The lower salt content was a pleasant surprise and I would recommend this sauce to anyone, not just those trying to limit their salt intake, as you can you always add salt but can never remove it..

It is a very tasty soya sauce. Good price as well. I bought this bottle online because we had not much time to go out and buy a bottle at our local big box grocery and I was pleasantly surprised. The only issue is the bottle it glass and my wife and I can be clumsy and have accidentally dropped and smashed glass sauce bottles but luckily I had a tiny amount of our old soya sauce that was almost empty so I transferred this new very tasty sauce to the old plastic bottle. I'd buy this again for sure because it is superior tasting than the one we usually buy.
