I made the most delicious Peach Cobbler for Thanksgiving Dinner tonight, using this baking dish. My Cobbler released with ease when serving, dinner desert. Cleaning was very easy, just hand washed with soap and water, took 3 minutes. It's made of durable ceramic material, oven safe to 500℉ when you are baking. I received complements because it looked so retro-cute, made me feel good inside. I highly recommend.

Although these were beautiful, the paint was chipped on one of the corners of the larger casserole. Also, the bottom of both dishes was not the same blue color but clay colored. I had to return them.
