Really disappointed with this purchase. The lip balm is wonderful and great for dry season, but something must have gone wrong during warehouse or transport because the product was mostly melted and the consistency is off from other times I have purchased in a store. I bought online for the convenience, but it’s overpriced compared to other retailers and obviously a substandard quality. I’ll make the trip to Sephora next time and not bother with this again.
