Anthony’s Organic Coconut Sugar makes baking an organic, natural, and unrefined experience. Our Coconut Sugar is made from sustainably sourced coconut palm nectar. First, our farmers make a cut on the flower or bud of the coconut palm, and the liquid nectar is collected. The collected nectar is gently heated to remove water and results in the golden brown crystals. It can be substituted in a 1:1 ratio with any other sugar, providing a subtle sweetness, with a slight caramel flavor.

Coconut Sugar is perfect for baking brownies, cookies and cakes. You can sprinkle it on buttered toast, sweeten your tea, or even add it to your oatmeal in the morning! In addition, our Organic Coconut Sugar is a wonderful, unrefined alternative to traditional white or brown sugar!

I have always loved Anthony's for other products because of quality, price point and the fact that it's organic. This delivered on all three points. It's much cheaper than store-bought coconut sugar and may be slightly less sweet, according to my tastebuds. Having it in bulk means I'm not scrambling as often when I run out.

I use this product for my coffee and for baking and really like it. Coconut sugar is a healthier alternative to regular cane sugar. And It is much better for the health than any artificial sweetener. However, my last order arrived with the package opened and some sugar loose in the outer packaging envelope. Amazon will not replace it or refund my money. There is no way that I could find to even contact Amazon customer service. I have emailed Anthony's Goods but they have not gotten back to me with an answer to my situation. So at this point, I will not order Anthony's Coconut Sugar from Amazon again.

Straight from the bag. Just dig a big ol’ spoon right in there. Sometimes you’ll get a clump of sugar and then it’s like a little treat. Nights can be tough because everything seems awful. Not when you’re eating this sugar, though. Also good on toast.
