This rice cooks up good & tasty, fluffy not sticky. I make 'dressed up rice' by adding butter, salt, garlic powder or minced in jar, organic onion flakes, pepper & miso for some probiotic help, adding all to the water while waiting for it to boil. Doesn't need sauce or gravy when dressed up.
It seems like this rice doesn't make me overeat rice! Weird sounding, I know, but typically rice is a danger food for me, making me want to consume a quantity as big as my head. Trying to be keto-esque & mindful about carb intake so that's a danger food to avoid, however I do not over-consume on this stuff. Curious! 🤔
