Excellent Flour for Making Bread and Pizza Dough -Unbleached!

I'm in the kitchen as a dude often because I feel in love with being a good at home bread and pizza maker and Baker!
I've used very expensive flours of several types and it takes a few experiences before you know how a flour will turn out.

I use this for my sourdough starter and use it to feed the starter as well. I use equal flour and water and salt remove half of the starter and then feed with more flour and FILTERED water daily for 7 days. Turns out fantastic with just 5 minutes a day of work and it makes your own very unique starter!

The price point of this was excellent. It makes well and also agree great to God when frying chicken, fried pork chops, etc. We love this flour and am going to order more this week. It's Unbleached which is actually so much better at making good products.
