These baking sheet pans provide home bakers with high quality and heavy duty tools to create memories while making flawless homemade cookies, brownies, rolls or french-fries for friends and family. The ½ sheet pan features Americoat our proprietary silicone nonstick coating, which is always PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, and BPA free and promotes easy release for baked goods and makes the pans easy to clean. USA Pan baking pans are uniquely designed with a fluted surface which facilitates air circulation and also maximizes pan strength and reduces warping. Our half sheet pan features a steel wire in the rim, which provides extra strength and further resistance to warping. I bought these cookie sheets a few months ago and was a little concerned about the corrugated surface. Let me tell all the cooks out there that these are the best cookie sheets I have ever had. They are heavy duty with a no warp and non-stick features. My cookies turn out amazing and they slide right off the tray without any Pam. I just made some oatmeal scotchies that have molasses in them and the cookie dough is sticky, but the cookies slid off with absolutely no sticking. Another great feature is that they clean up super easy. They are a little more expensive than the standard cookie sheet, but worth it. I highly recommend these cookie sheets to anyone who does lots of baking - you won't be disappointed.

I purchased 2 of these and 2 muffin pans and I loved the easy clean up with them. I baked veggies in the oven and they dumped off without any sticking and the pan washed easily. Best part of it was I didn't need any oil or grease, or parchment paper.
Haven't used the muffin pans yet, but have been told they are just as easy to use and clean. No greasing required.
Very sturdy pans. They are quite heavy so if you can't use much weight with lifting, etc they may not be the best for you.
