We encourage creativity with your choice of toppings: try mascarpone cheese and berries, flax and chia seeds, a poached egg and salsa, dried fruits and nuts, or anything else your imagination can think of! Some people with Celiac Disease or gluten intolerance may not be able to tolerate even the purest of oats, so talk to your doctor if you are unsure. Like all of our gluten free-labeled products, this product is produced in a dedicated gluten free facility and is R5-ELISA tested to confirm its gluten free status. Certified Organic by QAI.

The texture is perfect every time. And I seem to stay full longer than I did with my old oatmeal. I need to eat oatmeal for breakfast for health reasons, but I was getting tired of it. This stuff is as good as everyone says it is. But I wouldn't expect anything less from Bob's Red Mill :)

I love this gluten free oatmeal. It's great for a hot breakfast, or as overnight oats. I make overnight oats with 1 cup of these oats, 1 TBSP chia seeds, 1+1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup (grade B). In the morning, I add berries or stone fruit and toasted sliced almonds or slivered almonds.
