I used these pans for "tall" cheesecake recipes at the holidays. Worked great. Cheesecakes easily removed from the pan, easier to control removal than springform in my opinion. Because they are smaller , a thin flexible spatula slid right between the crust and the bottom of the pan and I was able to lift the whole cheesecake to a platter. I found one recipe made 2 cheesecakes, with a bit of filling leftover. They were easy to fit in a water bath. I washed by hand, as I was unsure if they would discolor in the dishwasher. I recommend these pans, and am confident with proper procedures they will work for regular cakes as well.

If you have them in 10 inch square removable bottom, I'm in. I will buy another set. Thanks

I bought these pants by mistake actually I thought they were 8 inch they’re actually 6 inch but that’s OK they’re actually very well-made I like the fact that the bottom pops out and it’s easy to get your cakes out and they actually make the perfect size cake for a two person cake but I also get a two layer cake with it to see how these wood stack up against 8 inch in and all honesty that work very well I also use this for the middle of my fault layer cake and it worked just as well if not better than trying to design a fault line cake all by itself these are very versatile I’ve used it to make cheesecakes Even molten lava cakes even though this was a mistake purchase it worked out very well in the end
