I read this! She thought of everything. Guides on what cuts/types of meat to get. What pantry staples to keep, what substitutions could be made, etc. And that’s all before the recipes begin! They are clear and precise with gorgeous photos. And I’m not talking photos of something impossible to recreate either.
This is a must have for any kitchen! Would make an excellent present too.
