This is a good size for the price. Baking soda has so many uses so it makes sense to get the bigger size.

The box does not leak which i have had issues with in other products.

I do wish there was an opening that allowed you to sprinkle,dump, or close the baking soda. The box just has a punch out slot.

I bought this box of Arm & Hammer, to clean my costume jewelry. Beings that I only need a table spoon of this for each batch, I also decides to make some carpet freshner as well. This one box cleaned not only all my costume jewelry (some 100+ peices), it also made two 12oz bottles of different carpet fresh scents and still had half a box left. Excellent packaging, arrived early, and you can't beat the price anywhere for the volume of baking soda. I plan on using about a quarter of what's left to make my own laundry soap as soon as the other ingredients arrive.

I will most definently be ordering this product from this seller again, only more boxes of it this next time.

Great product, of course. We use plain baking soda as a replacement for laundry detergent and it works perfectly. We also use it to clean sinks and tubs. Perfect chemical free option! Be aware if you’re going for ‘plastic free’- the box comes wrapped in plastic (it did spill a bit of soda out in to the plastic bad during shipping so?).

I have a composite kitchen sink. The best way to keep hard water from creating streaks on it is to
(1) coat the sink all over in baking soda, (2) pour white vinegar over the surface,
(3) rinse and dry, and (4) use food grade mineral oil to rub the sink surface. I do this about once a month or so, and that is why buying large boxes of baking soda (and white vinegar) is $$$ smart!

I bought this to use as a deodorizer. Later on I had cooked with olive oil on a stainless steel skillet. Whoever called it stainless never cooked with olive oil. When looking around for ways to clean and and saw you could put baking soda on it and pour hot (I use nearly boiling) water on it. I did and it worked. Still took a little scrubbing but the stains came off.
