UPDATE: Dowan customer support contacted me after reading my review. Their stellar customer service resulted in me changing my rating from a 3 to a 5. Their product was defective and they fixed it. It doesn't get better than that!I was excited to get a deep dish 9 x 13 lasagna pan to stop my normal 9 x 13 pan from overflowing and messing up my oven. I ordered this pan and received it promptly. It was packed very well. However, it had some issues that caused me to return it.First, one long side of the pan was warped. I tried to capture it in a photo. You can see, compared to a straight edge, that one long side bows in. This is hard to capture in a photo but is very apparent to the eye. Since it only does this on one side I assume that it is a manufacturing defect.Second, the pan is only 9 x 13 inches at the top. The sides are not straight up and down but angle out so that the top is wider and longer than the bottom. The bottom is about 7 x 11.5 inches (see photos), not 9 x 13. Even with the deeper pan I doubt that it holds more than my straight-sided normal 9 x 13 pan.This pan is definitely not what I was looking for. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy!

I had always used an old metal lasagna pan that had seen better days. Since I like to make lasagna for company, I decided it was time to find one that is more appealing.
