These bath bomb molds are extremely soft metal and dent very easily! I didn’t realize they were aluminum when I ordered them and didn’t check the material until after I lightly tapped on one and it immediately put a small dent in it. I always very lightly tap my bath bombs while they’re still in the molds to pack down the mixture before popping them out and even the slightest tap would dent them. These dents can be pushed back out wth just my hands because the metal is so soft. This is probably why there are so many molds per package and didn’t cost a whole lot. These might be better for kids who are making their bath bombs but not good for serious bath bomb making which was what I was hoping to use them for. I ended up buying a couple stainless steel molds through a different company after I realized these just were t going to cut it after my first use. Even though the SS ones cost a little bit more they were well work it! No denting and definitely more durable and worth the investment! These are good if you’re starting out with bath bombs or want some for just one or two projects but they definitely won’t last long if you are properly packing them tightly.
