I resisted the smaller ones, thinking it was one more thing. But as it turns out, these are game changers.
Not only can I use less foil or parchment for small items that require it, but…this allows me to cook two different dishes at once. I like curly fries or roasted/salted potatoes. Hubby likes plain, no salt. Or I will make a cheese covered chicken for him and have room in the oven for an egg bake for me. Now both dishes will cook evenly.
And if you don’t need to dirty a large sheet pan, then this size is way easier to clean.

I've used them for cookies, cooking bacon, and as a drip pan under other pans (quiche) and they worked great. Even heat distribution, no hot/cold spots. Easy to grasp, although I'd have to be careful to not put my thumb in anything that spreads over the whole pan because there are no handles. (That's not a defect IMO, just something to know.) Used them as a drip pan under a six-pound quiche and they didn't buckle or threaten to buckle when I lifted it one-handed.

I chose these because I want to be able to scrub them hard to get rid of that mysterious brown sludge that seems to build up even without spills, and haven't been able to test that because they haven't had sludge and other bits come off easily when I hand wash them.

They aren't fancy but they do the job extremely well.

There are two pieces of information that I don't see in the product information that I thought may be useful for those shopping for quarter sheet baking pans. First, they nest. This is pretty important to me, as I don't have unlimited space. The other is these pans fit inside a Ninja SP 101 -Air Fryer/Toastser Oven, etc. that flips up.

The pans themselves are extremely sturdy and have edges on all four sides, which will be useful for a variety of baking and cooking needs. I haven't put them to the ultimate test of frequent use, but I think these will hold up well. The one thing I'm not thrilled about is they've stamped Amazon Commercial on them and we all know anything raised or depressed on a product will be something that requires more attention to keep clean. I took away one star for this because I bought these to replace some USA Pan Bakeware baking sheets that have badly discolored and look dirty - and no amount of scrubbing will return them to the original color. Kitchen Aid is an example of a company that avoids this and it's one of the reasons I like their products.
