The pins and twine came in a little flat box. As soon as I saw them I was surprised by how thin they were, but I quickly got over it. I would rather if they were slightly wider, but as you can see in the pictures they're still wonderfully adorable. They hold the pictures securely, and these are polaroids so they're a little heavier than just a printed picture. I was very gentle with them and when opening them to clip something they tend to twist. Overall I love them and it's a lot for such a low price. I used the twine to weave in with the lights for a more dynamic look.

I’ve measured these with several different devices and it’s not an inch on a single on of them. While that being said I’m only hanging pictures from them on fairy lights so I can still use them. But they’re extremely small and hard to grasp and open at the same time. Kind of irritating to be honest but they look cute so I’m not complaining too much
