For your convenience, Olivenation re-packaged this item from a larger size Callebaut white chocolate couverture into this 1/2 lb bag. Therefore, the item does not arrive in the manufacturers original packaging. Due to the nature of this product, the chocolate may melt during shipping. This does not ruin the chocolate and it is perfectly fine. Callebauts Finest Belgian White Chocolate callets are made with 100% pure cocoa butter, premium milk powder, fine sugar and a touch of pure Bourbon vanilla. This is an all purpose white chocolate that can be used for ganaches, mousses, for dipping, candy making, decoration and baking. White chocolate can be colored but use caution when selecting product to color chocolate. YOu dont ahve to break the callets or shave a big block of chocolate. These callets have are all purpose and therefore have medium liquidity and are good for medium shell (rather than thin) molding and dipping. Product of Belgium

Product is not as described. Vendor repackages the actual chocolate in a facility that contains nuts and gluten. Callebaut is certified nut and gluten free so they ruin the chocolate. They do not disclose this on the product label see my picture vs what is advertised. No returns either. Also Callets are not chips. Chips are used in baking and have a coating on them. Callets are used for melting. I am very angry about this.

First of all, I'm not even a white chocolate fan. It all goes back to the day, many years ago (maybe 46 years ago - yeah I hold a grudge) when my sister had medical problems and they told my mother that she could not eat chocolate.
