Always-On Software's management consists of the following team:

Doron Gordon
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gordon co-founded Always-On in early 1999 with the vision of providing software as content on a rental basis. Mr. Gordon brings innovative leadership and business management skills to Always-On's executive team.

His background includes a broad range of roles in the IT industry. He managed multi-million dollar accounts for Crystal Systems Solutions (NASDAQ:CRYS) and worked closely with Ernst & Young management consulting while providing service to Fortune 500 companies. He is skilled in business development, consulting, application development, and has held a wide variety of positions in the commercial market as well as at Mamram, the computer center of the Israeli Defense Forces.

Mr. Gordon's education includes a variety of business & marketing professional credits, including a number from the Israeli defense forces' MAMRAM School.


Ido Ophir
Executive VP of Products

Mr. Ophir co-founded Always-On early in 1999 with the vision of providing software as content by using emerging broadband & Always-On Internet technologies. Mr. Ophir brings innovative technical and business management skills to Always-On's executive team.

His background includes a broad range of roles in the IT industry. He managed a multi-million dollar account for Crystal Systems Solutions (NASDAQ:CRYS) in New York, providing services to Fortune 500 companies and managing Y2K conversion projects for major US banks. He designed large MVS/DB2 systems, providing technical support to the Israeli defense force's data processing center, and real time programming for Tadiran Communications (a former military technology manufacturer). In the 80's (prior to the Internet boom) he developed a multi-user chat system targeting young people.

Mr. Ophir's education includes a software engineering degree, and various professional credits from the Israeli defense forces' school of computer technology (MAMRAM).


Chris Longobucco

Chris Longobucco joined Always-On as Chief Financial Officer. Chris will play a key role in developing strategic goals for the organization and leading the Finance and Administration groups. Previously, Mr. Longobucco was Director and Operations Controller for PricewaterhouseCoopers' HR Benefits Outsourcing practice located in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

At Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Mr. Longobucco was responsible for overseeing financial management for a $200 million outsourcing practice group, driving increased profitability and leading reengineering efforts for back office operations(Customer Call Center, IT, and Administration groups) for a 2,500 member organization. Additionally, he was involved in assisting senior management develop an e-Business strategy for the Firm.

Mr. Longobucco has 19 years of professional experience in Finance, IT, and Operations environments from leading financial service organizations; American Express and Deutsche Bank, as well as CFO of an e-Commerce start-up. Mr. Longobucco holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University and is a certified public accountant.


Philip Chen

As Chief Information Officer, Philip Chen is responsible for the worldwide delivery of Always-On's services. He developed and manages large, global cross-discipline technology teams and systems.

He has over 20 years of diverse IT experience with an emphasis on application system development. During his 5 years as Chief Information Office of NBC's West Coast operation, Philip delivered innovative software, procedures and business solutions to support complex, large and globally diverse environments.

A graduate of Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London, England in Electrical Engineering, Philip also did post graduate work at London School of Economics, University of London, England and the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York City, U.S.A.


Ronald Leong
Vice President of Marketing

Ronald Leong joins Always-On as Vice President of Marketing and brings extensive marketing and business management experience with companies in the technology and consumer product industries to the exective team. Most recently, Mr. Leong served as Chief Marketing Officer for E-Commerce Solutions, a leading developer and operator of online marketplaces. Before joining ECS, he was President & CEO for CDKnet.com, a multi-media technology company marketing a software tool for seamless convergence of audio and video based CDs. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Pressman Toys and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Parker Bros., a division of Hasbro Corp. where he directed all marketing and creative development efforts, including its video and electronic game lines. Prior to his Game Industry experience, Mr. Leong successfully managed a number of major consumer brands while serving as Vice President Marketing at L�Oreal and senior marketing positions at Bristol Myers and Lever Brothers.

Mr. Leong received his BS in Engineering from Clarkson University and his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.


Larry Foster
Vice President of Content

Larry Foster joined Always-On as Vice President of Content. Larry brings to Always-On 19 years of professional experience in all segments of the computer products industry including software development, wholesale hardware and software distribution and computer products large-chain retail. He was one of the founding team members of Egghead Software and served as Sr. Vice President of Merchandising for 6 years. He was responsible for the product selection, assortment planning and inventory management that fed a $750 million per year retail demand. Other related industry experience includes positions as Director of Purchasing at Micro D (now Ingram Micro) and Director of Purchasing at Merisel.

Mr. Foster holds a BS in Industrial Design (product design/graphic design) from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He also studied graphic design and photography at The Art Institute of Chicago and engineering at Purdue University in Indiana. He was a founding member of the Washington Software Association and served as Director of Programs for three years.

European Management
Roger Pottlitzer
President, Always-On Europe

Mr.Roger Pottlitzer had been associated with IBM for a large part of his career where he had a successful Marketing and Sales career. In his last two positions, he was first in charge of implementing System Integration Services, which later became the core of IBM Global Services. Roger was then put in charge of creating the IBM Consulting Group as a Senior Partner in the USA and then was the Managing Director for all the Consulting Business in France.

Roger then joined the Compagnie des Signaux, a leading French Telecom system integrator as VP Marketing and Business Development where he was responsible for the acquisition of several software and service companies. In 1997 Roger was CEO of Softmountain, a French Internet software company that was acquired by Versant, a US based object oriented software company listed on the Nasdaq. In 1998 and 1999 he was President of C2I Corp. Europe. Roger has since been associated with several start up companies in the technology field in senior management positions.

Roger has been newly appointed to President of Always-On Europe. As such he is developing AOS' presence through, among others, significant alliances with major European telcos and identifying local content vendors to incorporate their software in national portals.

Roger has an MBA from Boston University and is married with three children.


Dominique Butticaz
Managing Director, Always-On Europe

Dominique Butticaz is bringing to Always-On 20 years of experience in B2B ventures in Europe where she started up and developed successful new activities for multinational companies.

She was lately holding the position of Vice President, Licensing and Partnerships Worldwide for Club Med based at the Paris headquarters. Prior to that she had launched Mattel Consumer Products for Europe, Middle East and Africa. This mission consisted in defining and implementing a brand extension strategy through third party licensing partners for Mattel's major brands (Barbie, Fisher-Price, Scrabble, etc ...) and the result of her 6-year tenure was exponential growth in both royalties and operating profit for Mattel in her business unit. Ms. Butticaz also served as Managing Director for France and Benelux for the Warner Bros. Consumer Products division in Paris, which she also started from scratch and developed dramatically.

Mrs. Butticaz graduated in 1980 from France's top Business School "Hautes Etudes Commerciales" (H.E.C.) after qualifying for the International Management Program and spending one year on M.B.A. exchange programs with New York University and London Business School. She also holds a post graduate University degree in group and organization psycho-sociology.
