Our subscription agent partners bring together a mix of content delivery, administrative, and curation services to help our mutual customers manage up-to-date, comprehensive content collections.

At Wiley, we have an agent-neutral policy. This means that customers who choose to order through agents have access to the same rigorous scholarly content as those who purchase directly from Wiley.

While we leave the choice of agent up to our customers, be aware that in some situations Wiley is only able to work with agents who are authorized to sell our content. Authorized agent requirements are in effect for the following countries:

We are aware of a false subscription agent authorization letter that has is being circulated to librarians in Indonesia by the fraudulent company InfoLib. InfoLib and companies affiliated with InfoLib, including Lee Yuen Subscription Services, are not authorized to sell Wiley subscriptions or access to Wiley Online Library.

The only authorized agent in Indonesia for Wiley Enhanced Access Licenses is PT Jasaraya Tama Jaya Buana. 

The following Indonesian agents are authorized for title-by-title subscriptions: PT Jasaraya Tama Jaya Buana, PT Ina Publikatama, Literata Lintas Media, Periplus, CV Fenross Corporation, CV Prasidha, CV Sagung Seto, and CV Spektra Anugerahabadi. 

The following international agents are also authorized for title-by-title subscriptions within Indonesia: EBSCO International, iGroup Asia Pacific Limited, Prenax Inc, Prenax UK Ltd, Prenax SAS, Mayersche Buchhandlung, Otto Harrassowitz GmbH & Co. KG.

Wiley is committed to preventing any form of bribery within and outside the organization wherever Wiley operates. Every employee and associated person acting for, or on behalf of, Wiley is required to maintain the highest standards of business conduct.

A subscription agent is classed as an 'associated person' under the legislation. Our agent partners are required to read and adhere to the Anti-Bribery policy in working with Wiley. Wiley operates a zero-tolerance approach to bribery by, or of, its employees and partners and encourages all associated persons to report any suspected bribery activity to Wiley, in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Anti Bribery policy. The success of this policy depends on all associated persons playing their part in helping to detect and eradicate such practices. You will be fully supported if you make a report of suspected bribery in good faith even if, following an investigation, there is no finding that bribery took place. Any such report shall be treated in full confidence. In the event of any bribery activity being suspected in relation to any associated person, Wiley shall be entitled to suspend or terminate its agreement with such party with immediate effect and reserves the right to involve the relevant regulatory authorities when appropriate.
