Mechanistically, we found that the spike protein localizes in the nucleus and inhibits DNA damage repair by impeding key DNA repair protein BRCA1 and 53BP1 recruitment to the damage site. Our findings reveal a potential molecular mechanism by which the spike protein might impede adaptive immunity and underscore the potential side effects of full-length spike-based vaccines’.

Weʼre raising £40,000 to My name is Dr Mohammad I Adil Consultant General Surgeon & Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Surgeons of UK & Ireland (link).
‘I had 31 years of unblemished medical record while working for the NHS in UK since 1990 .I was working as a locum Consultant Surgeon in North Manchester University College Hospital Manchester in March –April 2020 when I raised concerns about the Covid -19 and its far reaching effects on public life, health system and patients suffering due to total loss of their medical facilities , investigations and treatment, specially millions of cancer patients were deprived of their urgent treatment .GPs stopped referring patients to the hospitals and 80 % of the hospital beds were lying empty waiting for the expected Covid patient, I also spoke about the safety of the unlicensed vaccines for the public and children and also claimed “masks do nothing” in various videos posted in March –April 2020 which were seen and liked by millions of people across the world with great appreciations and saved thousands of lives by relieving their fears’.
‘I was picked up by the North Manchester Hospital on 22/04/2020 while working as a Locum Consultant Surgeon and was dismissed with immediate effect due to my videos on the social media regarding lies of the NHS and the government , After 2 weeks I was dismissal by the Pilgrims hospital Boston on 07/05/2020 on the same video on social media .Trust violated my human right article 10 and 12 for freedom of expression . I had no patient related issues, negligence or any other non ethical issues during my practice which was acknowledged and admitted by Dr Jonathan Moise, Medical Director NMGH and Dr Hepburn MD Pilgrims hospital’.
‘On 26th May 2020 I received a letter by the GMC to appear in the IOT hearing on Skype on 01/06/2020 .I was alleged’
‘1. Spreading the misinformation to the public’.
‘2. I was bringing disrepute to the profession’.
‘3. My comments might be damaging to the public,’
‘I was given only 4 days notice to prepare my response. I requested for the adjournment to GMC twice but declined .I was unable to arrange my legal assistance in a short notice. Preliminary case notes were not sent to me, GMC bundle consisting of 347 pages was provided to me on my request during IOT hearing via Email during the hearing on 01/06/2020 which is clearly violation of article 6 of the human right act. I was ordered to read the GMC bundle in 90 minutes and to return for continuation of the hearing process which I found extremely distressing. After 90 minutes when I rejoined the hearing process I was suspended for 12 months by the IOT which was further extended for another 12 months on 26/05/2021 without my presence in the high court due to technical reasons’.
‘I had claimed “lies” around the NHS and government approach to the pandemic which were “so vast” that I could no longer “stomach or tolerate” them and went to express my view points on the social media contrary to mainstream media expressing my right of freedom of speech and expression using article 10 and (12) 3’.
‘Therefore, my suspension order was extended for another 12 months on my registration which were “effectively a ban to my practice totally and loss of livelihood ” and a “severe punishment on my freedom of expression and speech violating human right act 10 and 12 and Act 1998. The tribunal was required to ask itself whether the General Medical Council “would probably succeed at any subsequent tribunal hearing in imposing the suspension order and restrictions which were now sought” ”an error of law and a clear misdirection by the IOT Tribunal ” in the tribunal’s decision-making process, and therefore the decision was “clearly wrong and cannot stand “as discussed in the court’.
‘I went through 5 , IOT virtual hearings after initial one on 01/6/2020 ,second on 20/11/2020, then on 10/04/2021 and on 26/05/2021 in the high court where judge extended my suspension for another 12 months in my absence during the hearing process in the court due to technical error .Further IOT hearings took place on 18/08/2021 and finally IOT took place on 11/01/2022 on the petition filled by my solicitor PJH Law after Sam White case was decided in his favor on 03/12/2022 by the honorable judge of high court Justice DOVE’.
‘During IOT hearing my suspension was converted to 14 unworkable conditions for their face savings after losing their media case. The conditions imposed are so rigorous that No Trust is ready to offer me employment therefore, I remained unemployed since my suspension order lifted which is in human after 22 months of continuous suspension which resulted in total loss of my income and livelihood ,seriously impacting my family and personal life’.
‘We are seeking justice by the High Court against the GMC draconian action in a bid to quash my unlawful suspension for 22 months followed by removal of 14 unworkable conditions and restrictions imposed on my registration resulting barring me to treat my patients and restricting my right from sharing my views relating to the pandemic on the social media’.
‘This is a claim about freedom of expression of a doctor, in particular my freedom to engage in medical, scientific, and political debate and discussion which is key to research and innovation.”’
‘My suspension order for 22 months were “effectively a ban” and a “severe imposition” on my freedom of expression and speech against article 10 & 12 and 1998 of human right act resulting in total loss of my income livelihood, financial hardship ,damage to my career and reputation for nearly 2 years without any other source of income to support my family and maintain their education . Last two years of suspension created immense psychological trauma, stress ,anxiety insomnia to me and my family and children’s ,their education and well being’.
‘Now GMC is further planning to victimize me through MPTS (Medical Professional Tribunal Services) which they have quietly scheduled on 13/6/2022 until 02/07/2022 for 3 weeks in an unreported minor clinical case 3 years ago in different Trust .I honored request of a consultant colleague to operate his elderly and terminal patient unfit for surgery with rectal cancer blocking his rectum due to bowel cancer of rectum with wide spread metastasis to liver and lungs and limited life expectancy. He kept that patient under his care for several weeks with large and small bowel obstruction without operating and he requested me during my on call duty on 14/11/2019 to perform stoma to relieve his bowel obstruction which I discussed fully and performed the procedure with acceptable approach . I had no further information about this patient as his parent consultant took over his further care ,I was neither approached by the Trust neither any colleagues nor this case generated any complaint by the patient or his relatives. This case never got refereed to the GMC or any disciplinary action against me. GMC dug up this case to victimize and ridicule me in this clinical case as they had lost their media case already which is clear discrimination and victimization’.
‘I am pursuing High court of justice to contest my illegal and unlawful suspension order over 2 years which resulted serious financial, and psychological impacts, damage to my reputation as a surgeon and loss of our livelihood and brought extremely hard time ,stress and depression to me and my family which is unrecoverable , I had to go back home to sell my inherited property to feed my children and to maintain their education and running the house hold expenses, mortgage and energy expenditure , My 16 years old daughter suffered a lot due to my sudden suspension . My family was disheartened when I had to go to Pakistan to earn my living to meet up the house hold expenses in UK which created immense psychological stress and depression due to unimaginable damage to me and my family and children . My wife and children had difficult to cope with such a devastating situation’.
