I have some Zeta handguards, so to install these, you need to poke the end of the grip out using a screwdriver or something. The instructions tell you to cut the end off, so I did that with an X-Acto knife and cut myself in the process. I then poked the end out using a screwdriver; I actually had to put the screwdriver inside, position it, and bang the whole assembly down, butt of the screwdriver handle first, on the ground to punch it out. After all was said and done, I had cut myself twice and had some fairly ugly grips, but they work.
Comes with six throttle cams, three for 2-stroke and three for 4-stroke. The installation is super easy, you should be able to do it in about ten minutes. Okay, let's be realistic, you gotta take your hand guards off and poke the ends out and disassemble the throttle cable housing and find your Philips and un-glue your sticky old grips and acetone the bars and FIND the brake cleaner and everything so it's about 45 minutes. But it's easy.
The grips are super grippy and feel like they'll last a long time. I park in the sun every day at work so I will report back if these melt in the sun. If you hear nothing...they're still going strong as of Jan 2020.
